Everyone was extremely nice and attentive on our first visit to a new Veterinary Clinic. Dr. Tim was outstanding and he spend a lot of quality time with us. We look forward to a great relationship for many years.

Dr. Chelsie is knowledgeable, empathetic, honest, professional, and kind. She interacts gently and patiently with my reactive dog. She answers my questions and works hard to make every experience at the clinic a positive one for my pets. The staff is friendly and professional.

The crew at My Best Friend are like family. They have given us exceptional care and compassion over and over again, through the highs and lows with our pets. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

One day I hope to have a doctor as good as the one my little dog sees.

This is the first vets office that I have EVER found where all staff members are friendly, sweet, kind and truly love my pets (almost) as much as I love them myself!! All my fur babies are remembered and loved dearly. Dr Chelsie is AMAZING, knowledgeable and has ALWAYS taken as much time as I need to talk through certain matters with me about my beloved pets. There aren’t enough words to explain how great this clinic is. HIGHLY recommend!!

We made the right decision to switch to My Best Friend Veterinary Center. The staff is warm and friendly and they always treat Rumple with such love and care. We feel like family there and highly recommend them to others.

Dr. Tim has to be one of the best vets in St Louis! He has a huge heart; his love for animals, and overall concern for us and our pets is absolutely amazing. Would never think of going to any other vet as long as Dr. Tim is in business.

This is the best vet I have ever used. Everyone is friendly, competent and anxious to solve my dogs latest problem. Very well organized and always find a way to get appointments promptly.

This is the best vet office in all of St. Louis! You get the most supportive and friendly service possible, They completely care about your pet and you. You always speak to a kind and helpful person when you call. They take their time with you and your pet and are incredibly experienced.

My Best Friend is simply THE BEST! I can’t imagine taking my boys anywhere else. The employees are so friendly and go out of their way to make your pet comfortable. Dr. Chelsie treated Otis like he was her own. She took the time to get to know Otis and answer any questions I had. My experience with My Best Friend has never been anything short of outstanding! Thank you for taking such great care of my boys!

MBF is a blessing! Dr. Tim & the ladies in the office always go above & beyond to show they genuinely care! Just an awesome group of people! My old guy is very special & I appreciate all you do. Thank you!

Dr. Erin and Katlynn listened closely at this first visit to learn about my cat and his symptoms. Her rule out approach was reasonable. This was our first visit to this vet office but we look forward to continuing care here. Staff was welcoming and communicative. Thank you!
